A cherry-red Tesla Roadster is currently on the world's most epic road trip - to Mars! Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, the company behind the mission to Mars, is hailed as a visionary by many. Others find some of his ideas a little unusual. 

So naturally, we took to Twitter to see what the wonderful people of the internet had to say about the little red engine that's boldly going where no car has gone before. 

And us? Well, we just hope they've packed lots of snacks for the journey...

Some feared a 'Deep Impact' type situation...
