The Bentley Mulsanne Sport has been created to be the new flagship for the company. A re-engineered powertrain utilising Bentley’s 6.75 litre twin-turbo V8 engine gives an acceleration of 0-60mph in 4.8 seconds, top speed 190 mph. The combustion system has been completely redesigned to promote a more controlled and faster process.

The new engine comes with a recalibrated gearbox and engine management system, made to better control the torque and power. A cylinder deactivation system runs the car as a V4 when running at a light load.

This more powerful engine gives the car a greater range, an increase of 13% extending to almost 50 miles.
